Accuserve appoints Luke DiTomas as CFO

Accuserve Solutions has announced the appointment of Luke DiTomas as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 16, 2024. In this role, DiTomas will oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial planning, and acquisition due diligence, while working with the executive team to drive strategic growth initiatives.

DiTomas brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience, including roles at 360Pack, LocalHive, and Caliber Midstream, where he led business restructurings, established finance functions, and supported cross-functional teams across finance, IT, HR, and business development. His expertise in strategy, operations, and value creation positions him to support Accuserve’s growth and transformation efforts.
