Abacus Life has rebranded to Abacus Global Management, reflecting its expanded global presence and broader suite of services across life insurance, asset management, wealth management, and technology. The company’s new website is abacusgm.com.
Founded in 2004, Abacus has purchased more than $10 billion in life insurance policies and now operates through four business divisions:

In related news, Abacus reported a 40% increase in revenue to $33.2 million and more than doubled its adjusted net income to $13.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. Full-year revenue rose 69% to $111.9 million, with adjusted EBITDA up 57% to $61.6 million and adjusted net income increasing 58% to $46.5 million.
In 2024, the company originated over 1,000 life insurance policies, deploying $327.8 million in capital—up 50% from the prior year.
