Advent International has agreed to acquire CCC Information Services, a Chicago-based provider of SaaS solutions to the auto, insurance and collision repair industries, from Leonard Green & Partners and TPG Capital. The financial terms weren’t disclosed. Bottom Line: one shouts scam, repeatedly.

Speaking of M&A, Verisk Analytics announced it has acquired Emergent Network Intelligence (ENI), a UK-based insurance claims efficiency and fraud detection solutions to allow insurers to improve their auto claims workflow and reduce their costs and exposure to fraud.
