Snapsheet expands partnership with Mutual of Enumclaw
Snapsheet announced an expanded partnership with Mutual of Enumclaw. The Washington-based insurance company, which has leveraged Snapsheet’s virtual appraisal capabilities since 2017, is extending its digital offering to include electronic payments for added convenience and efficiency.
Snapsheet Payments is a cloud-native, API-driven payments platform that allows partners to leverage seamless scalability, automated tools and insurance-specific workflows to deliver an optimal payment experience. This new capability offers Mutual of Enumclaw members and vendors the option to receive funds faster through multiple digital payment options through Snapsheet’s partnership with Keybank. The integration of the Payments platform into Mutual of Enumclaw’s claim system, Guidewire ClaimCenter, allows for increased electronic workflows for claimant, multi-party, and vendor payments while also achieving greater consistency and transparency within the organization.
Payments is one of the modules Snapsheet provides within its suite of claims management tools – from omnichannel engagement tools to eFNOL to direct deposit of payments to customers and vendors – all designed to digitize each step of the claims process.
