The doctor’s office of the future just launched

Forward has officially launched this week in San Fran’s financial district. The health startup, dubbed “the doctor’s office of the future”, blends high-tech with physicians and nurses to offer better (not cheaper) healthcare experience. There’s a Forward’s body scanner that rapidly gives a picture of one’s overall health. There’s also the ability to obtain blood tests results within 12 minutes. And of course there’s a mobile app that offers online access to doctors 24/7. All this and more for $149/month out of pocket. Bottom Line; a healthy and undisclosed funding from a very long list of players.
