Collective Health opens Lehi campus
Collective Health today announced its expansion with the official opening of its new Customer Experience Center in Lehi, Utah. The new location immediately opens its doors to over 100 existing Lehi-based employees, and will grow to more than 250 in the coming year. This location is the company’s third, in addition to its product development office in Chicago and its headquarters in San Francisco.
The new office will be a central location for Collective Health’s Customer Experience team, enabling the company to continue expanding its award-winning customer service to hundreds of thousands more members across the U.S. Today, Collective Health services over 200,000 members throughout all 50 states and maintains one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the healthcare industry.
“We’re proud to bring new investment, jobs and opportunity to Lehi, and with this new expansion, we’re redoubling our commitment to cultivate the quality service Collective Health is known for,” said Ali Diab, CEO and co-founder, Collective Health. Through the combination of seamless technology and creative, smart, and empathetic customer service teams, Collective Health provides its members and clients the type of healthcare experience people have always wanted, and are realizing they can and should demand today.”
“We’re thrilled to do this as part of Lehi’s vibrant tech community, and since joining the community earlier this year, we’ve seamlessly made tremendous progress in making it easier for people to understand, navigate and pay for healthcare,” said Scott Murray, Chief Customer Experience Officer, Collective Health. “The key to fulfilling our commitment to build a better healthcare experience is to scale and nurture an inclusive environment and culture with our own service team so we continue meeting our increasing client demand.”
Collective Health puts a strong focus on building a culture that both celebrates the uniqueness of Lehi and embraces Collective Health’s larger company culture. The Lehi team is already volunteering to support local mental health organizations, participated in Utah Pride and has established new chapters of Collective Health identity groups celebrating women, employees of color and more.
On a 7.4-acre shared campus, Collective Health will make up two floors of the 142,000 square-foot building, which includes:
- Access to two gyms and a yoga room
- Thoughtfully planned, spacious mother’s rooms to support new mothers at work
- Mental health rooms for teams to destress
- A break room and lounge area with a library and quiet space for relaxation
- Numerous outdoor patios overlooking Mount Timpanogos
- Gender neutral bathrooms
- Extensive green space filled with native plants suited for the diverse Utah weather
Recognized as one of Fortune’s Great Places to Work, Collective Health has recruited and hired from all local, major universities and colleges. The company currently works closely with each school and will continue to hire from them in the future.
“I’m excited about the role our Customer Experience Center—and the Utahns coming to work there every day—will play in turning that mission into a reality and transforming healthcare for even more Americans,” added Murray.
