American Integrity Introduces Free Home Maintenance App

Tampa-based home insurer American Integrity (think: fifth largest property insurance carrier in Florida) has introduced a free home platform app designed to provide meaningful tools and information to help their customers proactively maintain their home and belongings.

American Integrity is providing the Home Platform App in partnership with specialty insurer HSB , an exclusive insurance partner to Centriq, the San Francisco company who developed and powers the app.

With our new home platform app, we want to provide customers with proactive maintenance tips to help prevent future issues. The Home Platform App allows users to catalog and manage appliances, equipment and systems in their home. Centriq will monitor the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s announcement of recalls, and then alert the customer accordingly. Customers will also receive monthly emails with helpful tips for maintaining their home, and, when they add images of the appliances or systems that run their home, they will be able to view user manuals online, how-to videos, guides on parts and accessories and access Amazon to order the right parts.
