Handy Signs Purchase Agreement with Cleaning Marketplace, All Set

Handy, the leader in home services, today announced that it has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement with All Set, a home cleaning marketplace servicing greater Boston and the San Francisco Bay Area. All Set’s customers will now have access to the Handy network of top-quality pros across cleaning, handyman services, plumbing, and more.

As Handy continues to expand its national footprint, the acquisition provides an opportunity to grow the company’s offering of convenient and high-quality home cleaning services to customers.

The announcement follows the news of Handy’s partnership with Walmart to provide shoppers at 2,000 Walmart stores with seamless access to Handy TV installation and furniture assembly services.
