Introducing Easy Rider by Cowboy

Brussels-based connected electric bike company Cowboy has launched Easy Rider, a series of service plans and software features to make the riding experience on Cowboy 2019 model as good as it gets.

With Easy Rider, customers in Belgium and The Netherlands (for starters) are insured against theft or damage. In the case of a stolen bike, customers receive a new bike, and in the case of damage, insurance covers repair costs. Registration is done via the Cowboy app. The monthly cost for theft insurance is €8 a month, while the monthly cost for theft and damage insurance is €10 a month. Other perks are included:

Restrictions apply and to cancel, customers are asked to provide a 3-month notice to Qover , Cowboy’s insurance partner.
