WeGroup – the once upon a time P2P startup offering homeowners and renters insurance with a giveback scheme has pivoted. The Belgian startup is now offering its virtual assistant ‘Louise’ as a white label solution for brokers to help sell and service customers in a more efficient way.

Founded in 2017 and led by Arvid De Coster, Bjorn Vuylsteker and Rémi Wildschut, WeGroup has raised a total of €1m and originally allowed customers to purchase insurance and submit claims via Louise, its virtual assistant.

WeGroup now offers brokers a way to go digital and “better understand digital customers” with the help of Louise. The platforms offers different features such as risk and needs analysis, product comparison across different providers, service and upselling, and claims management.
