Mobile-first health insurer Oscar turns to AI . The 4-year-old startup launched a bot to allow consumers to quote and compare health insurance plans directly from Facebook Messenger. Visit the company’s Facebook page to give it a try. Recall: Oscar is available in NY, LA, SF & San Antonio.

Consumers are later directed to the Oscar website to sign up for coverage.
