The Singapore-based arm of FWD announced the launch of Faith, the chatbot. The Idea – guide travel insurance customers on how to submit a claim, as well as support misc. FAQs across all lines of business.

The solution is powered by Active.Ai , a Singapore-based developer of Enterprise AI that has raised over $11m to date, since its inception in 2016.
