On Capgemini’s recent insurance paper…

Last week Capgemini released a paper termed “Top Ten Trends in Insurance 2017”.

• The paper references Allstate’s small business quoting platform as “hi-tech”; hi-tech is subjective at best
• The paper states that Gather is a “P2P insurance platform for small businesses that empowers business communities to self insure and coverage is offered through a captive”; maybe, if it launched?
• The paper states that “Ladder is redefining CX with life insurance purchase…”; not yet, it isn’t

• The paper applies the MECE (mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive) principle where it doesn’t belong
