IASA re-imagines the Executive Roundtable Series.

In Phoenix, June 2-5, 2019, IASA will proudly present “On-Point”, an Executive Experience designed to educate and inspire today’s insurance leaders.

IASA has conducted the popular Executive Roundtable Series for over 14 years. The roundtable concept began with a Chief Financial Officer event and over the years has grown to include Chief Investment Officers, Chief Information/Technology Officers and Chief Operating Officers. We are excited to announce that this program has undergone a transformation commencing with the IASA 2019 Annual Conference in Phoenix, June 2-5, 2019. The focus of the new format will be to educate and inspire attendees, as well as provide enhanced networking opportunities.

This outstanding program is now open to all C-level positions, with the new format offering a two-day event that provides a broader approach to executive education, while focusing on the very key ROI of networking. A core purpose of the program is to provide content tailored for the C-level executive, while encouraging opportunities to cross pollinate among the C-level suite. Another purpose is to inspire attendees and provide a dynamic experience.

What has changed?  First, we are breaking down the silos of the original function-specific roundtables. The program is no longer four separate roundtables; it is one integrated program with the option to select specialized sessions. Attendees choose which sessions they attend on day one, while the majority of day two consists of combined sessions.  We have also shortened the sessions to make a more dynamic and engaging day. The first day consists of “specialized” sessions that offer topics designed to educate across the various functions and is open to any C- level executive who desires to network and learn more about the work they share with their peers. The second day focuses on networking and inspiring these leaders with our widely successful Conversations of 4 program, a series of shorter sessions, and a keynote session.  We end both days with cocktail and coffee networking sessions.
