Viriyah Insurance, Thai’s leading P&C insurer, is focusing on its claims initiative called Viriyah Smart Claim (VSC), which promises to improve the compensation process and, according to the insurer, has allowed it to see its retention rate go up from 62% to 70%. To follow with a mobile app that may or may not have VSC as a feature.
