Allstate Adds Chatbot Capability to Small Business

Allstate announced the launch of ABIE (pronounced Abby): Allstate Business Insurance Expert, a chatbot that provides answers to small business insurance shoppers.

Jorsek Inc. worked with Allstate to create and deploy ABIE on Jorsek’s structured content software platform, easyDITA. Built on a foundation of structured content, ABIE is better able to find and deploy answers effectively and quickly.
