Baloise Customers Can Claim Using Chat
“It is important to us to offer our customers a completely simple service in the event of a claim” – Head of Property Damage at Baloise, Mathias Zingg. Baloise customers can now submit claims for car or liability insurance using chat, web and/or voice. Also, they can snap a photo of their ID for identification purposes and leverage GPS localization to enter location.
Additional information about the insured, such as policy number or address, is automatically retrieved from the stored data by the system. “The digital transformation offers us interesting technical possibilities, and transferring them to our business and creating added value for our customers is part of our exciting task” – System Specialist Louis de Montmollin.
