Chubb Indonesia Launches Chubb Mobile Assistance

Chubb’s general insurance arm in Indonesia has launched an app called Chubb Mobile Assistance to help users submit claims via a mobile device .

With Chubb Mobile Assistance, a user can register a policy to view benefits, coverage, sum insured and expiration date. Also, when a policy is registered, a user is able to submit a claim in 7 easy steps, to later check claim’s status. Notifications included.
