Revolut plans private company investment offering
Revolut has incorporated Revolut Ventures ahead of a planned launch in 2027, according to Rolandas Juteika, who leads wealth and trading at the company.
Working with Carne Group, Revolut plans to let eligible customers invest in private companies through its app, alongside stocks, ETFs and bonds. Customers will be able to explore, invest in and track those holdings within the platform.
The offering aims to broaden retail access to investments historically reserved for institutional investors. Juteika’s announcement did not specify eligibility requirements, minimum investments, fees or participating companies.
