The Happy Camper raises $2.5 million
The Happy Camper has raised $2.5 million in seed funding to expand its RV technology platform, customer care operations and service network. The company described its backers as leaders across the RV, insurance and financial services industries but did not name investors.
The platform helps manufacturers and dealers coordinate support after an RV purchase, connecting owners with roadside assistance, warranty services and other ownership support. It combines software and AI tools with 24/7 human customer care and a national service network.

Its products include WheelOS for managing customer interactions and service workflows, WheelAI for automating customer interactions, and F&I Assist for supporting financial and protection product services. The company lists Winnebago, Brinkley RV, Lance Camper and Pebble among the brands it works with.
The funding will support product development, deeper integrations with manufacturers and dealers, and expansion of its North American service-provider network. The company is also opening a new headquarters in Las Vegas and an additional office in Plano, Texas.
Longer term, The Happy Camper plans to extend its technology and service infrastructure into marine and powersports.
