SageSure adds Olympus capacity for higher-value California homes
SageSure has expanded its SageSure One homeowners program in California with capacity from Olympus Insurance Company, offering up to $20 million in total insurable value.
The non-admitted HO5 product provides open-perils coverage for homes starting at $1 million in dwelling coverage. It targets higher-value properties positioned between mass-market homeowners insurance and high-net-worth offerings.
Homes in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones may qualify with a verified IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home Plus designation, noncombustible structural hardening and specified defensible space standards.
The program assigns a dedicated consultant to support agents and homeowners from quoting through renewal and serve as a liaison during claims.
Olympus joins SURE and SafePort as carriers supporting SageSure One’s California offerings. The program is also available in Florida, New York and Texas.
