Octane secures $1.4 billion loan purchase facility

Octane Lending has executed a $1.4 billion forward-flow facility with New York Life Investment Management, MetLife Investment Management, Equitable, Pacific Life, and Victory Park Capital, its largest such transaction to date.

The investors agreed to purchase up to $1.4 billion in fixed-rate installment loans for powersports vehicles and outdoor power equipment originated by Octane’s in-house lender, Roadrunner Financial. Roadrunner Account Services will service the loans.

New York Life Investment Management served as loan arranger and lead investor, while AB CarVal advised Equitable. The deal expands existing relationships with New York Life, MetLife, and Equitable, which participated in a $700 million facility announced in April 2025, and adds Pacific Life and Victory Park Capital as new forward-flow partners.

Octane has sold or secured commitments to sell more than $6.3 billion in consumer loans through its forward-flow and whole-loan programs, including approximately $3.4 billion in commitments in 2026. The company reported 37% year-over-year origination growth in the first half of 2026 and more than $9 billion in cumulative originations.
