Benefits Studio launches AI-powered benefits websites
Benefits Studio has launched a platform that lets insurance brokers and HR teams create branded employee benefits websites, with an optional AI assistant that answers questions using the employer’s plan documents.
Founded by Rick Ramos, previously CMO and a founding team member at HealthJoy, the company targets small and mid-market employers seeking benefits guidance without per-employee navigation fees. The platform is designed for employers with at least 50 employees, including companies with more than 1,000.
Brokers or HR administrators upload plan documents, and the platform extracts key information for review before the site goes live. Employees can access the website on their phones without creating an account, with an optional site-wide password. Sites are organized by plan year to avoid rebuilding them annually.

Its AI assistant, Benny, answers employee questions in plain language and cites the relevant page in the employer’s plan document. The company says a branded site can be published in about five minutes.
Pricing starts at $49 per month for a benefits website. The $99 and $199 monthly plans add AI guidance, with a flat rate per site and no per-employee fees. New accounts receive a free 30-day trial, and brokers managing at least 10 sites can receive volume discounts on annual billing.
