Ripe launches online classic car insurance in the UK

UK digital MGA Ripe Thinking has launched Ripe Classic Cars, an insurance product for classic, modern classic and collectible vehicles underwritten by ERS.

Customers can get a quote, buy coverage and manage their policies online, with access to specialist support by phone. Ripe says claims will be handled by classic car specialists and a repair network focused on restoring vehicles to their original condition.

The product runs on Juice, Ripe’s underwriting and distribution platform, and adds to a portfolio of more than 20 consumer and small business insurance products.

Ripe reported £24.9 million in turnover for 2025, up 21% from the previous year.
