Insurify blocks Meta’s AI agent

Insurance comparison site Insurify announced that it has blocked Meta’s Muse personal AI agent from accessing its platform. Insurify says it made this decision to protect both consumers and its carrier partners.

Earlier this week, Amazon blocked Muse from shopping on behalf of consumers.

Last week, we highlighted some cases where Muse helped consumers shop for insurance.
