Insurer-backed Jump launches real-time account opening
Financial-advisor AI platform Jump - Advisor AI has introduced real-time account opening through integrations with Schwab Advisor Services and Fidelity.
The new workflow draws information from client meetings, documents, forms, and CRM records to complete applications while an advisor is meeting with a client. Missing information can be collected during the conversation, allowing the client to review and digitally sign the application before the meeting ends.
Jump estimates the workflow can reduce an account-opening process that typically takes two to three hours to approximately 10 minutes. The capability will initially be available in limited beta.
Jump has raised approximately $109 million, including an $80 million Series B announced in February. Its investors include Allianz Life Ventures and TIAA Ventures, alongside Battery Ventures, Citi Ventures, Insight Partners, and others.
The company also works with several insurance and financial-services organizations, including Allianz, Manulife, Equitable, Principal Financial Group, LPL Financial, and Osaic.
