TruePoint Systems partners With SeedPod Cyber

Texas technology and cybersecurity provider TruePoint Systems has partnered with cyber insurance MGA SeedPod Cyber to connect security assessments and remediation with the insurance-placement process.

Under the arrangement, TruePoint will assess a business’s cybersecurity environment, identify gaps and implement improvements ahead of an application or renewal. SeedPod’s licensed insurance professionals will handle quoting and place coverage through its carrier partners.

The offering is incorporated into TruePoint’s Audit Readiness Assessment, which reviews the controls insurers consider during underwriting. SeedPod says businesses that satisfy applicable security standards may qualify for preferred pricing, with potential savings of 20% to 30% compared with similar coverage in the broader market.

The program is available to existing and prospective TruePoint clients and will initially target businesses in East Texas and the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
