Samsara launches driver rewards program

Connected operations platform Samsara  has launched Driver Perks, a free rewards program for professional drivers in its network.

The program provides offers and discounts from more than 50 brands across food, wellness, fitness, travel and personal development. Participating brands include Audible, BetterHelp, BetterSleep, Dickies, Liquid I.V., OLIPOP, Truck Parking Club and others.

Eligible drivers can access the program through the Samsara Driver App, a web link or a QR code provided by their employer. Each brand establishes its own offer terms, and drivers redeem offers directly with the participating company.

Samsara developed the program with input from its Driver Council and surveys of drivers across its network. Of those surveyed, 64% prioritized fitness and wellness benefits, followed by food and beverage at 58% and learning and personal development at 51%.

Driver Perks is initially available in the US, with plans for an international expansion. The program is free to drivers and fleets.
