Reframe Systems raises $40 million
Reframe Systems , a construction startup backed by MassMutual Catalyst Funds—part of MassMutual Impact Investing —has raised an additional $40 million in equity financing.
Energy Impact Partners led the round, with participation from Counterpart Ventures, E12 Ventures, Global Brain, Thin Line Capital, UP.Partners and LACI Impact Fund. Existing investors Eclipse, VoLo Earth, Cubit Capital, RA Capital Management, MassMutual Catalyst and Nor’easter also participated.
The financing follows a $20 million Series A announced in August 2025.

Founded in 2022 by former Amazon Robotics executives Vikas Enti, Felipe Polido and Aaron Small, Reframe uses software, robotics and small factories to produce components for customized homes. The company claims its system can deliver homes three times faster and at 35% lower cost than traditional construction.
Reframe has completed 10 homes and expects to deliver another 114 units over the next year. Its new factory in Billerica, Massachusetts, is designed to produce as many as 500 multifamily units or 250 single-family homes annually using less than $5 million of equipment.
