Mazda partners with AAA and HAAS Alert on roadside safety

Mazda North American Operations has partnered with AAA and connected-vehicle technology company HAAS Alert to warn approaching drivers when a Mazda vehicle is stopped on the roadside.

When an eligible Mazda customer requests roadside assistance through the MyMazda app or by phone, AAA dispatches a local service provider. At the same time, HAAS Alert’s Safety Cloud sends “Slow Down, Move Over” alerts to approaching drivers through supported vehicle dashboards and navigation apps.

The feature is available for eligible Mazda vehicles with 24/7 emergency roadside assistance.
