Hagerty appoints insurance transformation executive

Hagerty has appointed Greg Cicero as vice president of insurance transformation.

Cicero joins after nearly 22 years at Progressive, where he most recently served as customer IT platform owner and led a 110-person organization responsible for customer systems, including identity management, data warehouses, AI systems and marketing technology. His earlier roles included overseeing enterprise project portfolio management and claims technology.

At Hagerty, Cicero will help lead the implementation of Apex, the company’s new policy administration system, working across its insurance and technology teams to modernize core operations and improve the policy lifecycle.
