Marco Capital to acquire Pro Global

Marco Capital is planning to acquire Pro Global , subject to regulatory approval.

Following completion, Pro Global will combine with Marco Capital-owned PoloWorks to create a specialist insurance services business with approximately 1,400 employees across 15 offices in the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America and Australasia.

The combined operation will offer services across the insurance lifecycle, including Lloyd’s turnkey solutions, insurance management, MGA platforms, offshore delivery and legacy insurance services.

Marco Capital acquired PoloWorks in 2022. Financial terms of the Pro Global transaction were not disclosed.
