INSight Capital closes offering at $37.4 million

INSight Capital , the Nebraska-based firm supporting independent insurance agencies, has closed its equity offering after raising approximately $37.4 million from 47 investors, according to an amended Form D filed with the SEC.

The company originally targeted $50 million but stated in the filing that it does not intend to raise the remaining $12.6 million. INSight Capital had raised $6.3 million as of June 2025.

The filing lists an estimated $1.1 million “closing fee” to related persons.

Formed in 2022, INSight Capital provides capital and succession-planning options to independent insurance agencies, particularly in the Midwest. Its model allows agency owners to sell their businesses or exchange ownership in their agencies for equity in INSight.
