Oakbridge partners with Valentine Insurance

Oakbridge Insurance has partnered with Memphis-based Valentine Insurance, expanding its presence in Tennessee.

Valentine provides property and casualty insurance and employee benefits, with the business split roughly evenly between the two segments. The brokerage specializes in habitational, hospitality, and dealer open lot insurance.

Valentine is headquartered in Memphis and also operates an office in Nashville. The firm will maintain its local leadership and existing client relationships following the transaction.

The partnership gives Valentine access to Oakbridge’s specialty resources, carrier relationships, and broader regional and national capabilities.

Oakbridge, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, is a top 50 US insurance brokerage offering property and casualty, employee benefits, and specialty insurance solutions.
