Ascent Insurance Group acquires Baker Harris Hopkins

Ascent Insurance Group , a Keystone platform partner, has acquired Baker Harris Hopkins Insurance Agency , an independent agency based in Enid, Oklahoma.

The deal expands Ascent’s presence in northern Oklahoma and adds an agency offering personal, commercial, farm, life and health, and specialty insurance.

Baker Harris Hopkins will gain access to Ascent and Keystone’s resources, market relationships and operational support while maintaining its local, client-focused approach.

Founded in 2006, Ascent provides personal, commercial, life and specialty insurance to individuals and businesses.
