Reliance launches AI agent for insurance back offices
Reliance Global Group has launched an AI agent that automates browser-based work across its insurance agency network.
The technology handles tasks such as service requests, endorsements, quote retrieval, status checks and document downloads. It manages carrier portal access and records each browser action through event logs and screenshots.
The agent cannot submit, issue or bind transactions. It saves completed work for employee review, while credentials remain hidden from the AI model and are not included in logs.
Reliance is deploying the technology across its acquired agencies to reduce manual work and help integrate new firms without adding staff at the same rate.
Reliance also plans to sell the platform through developer, team and enterprise plans, including self-hosted and virtual private cloud options.

“Every agency we bring onto the platform comes with thousands of hours of repetitive portal work. This agent allows us to absorb that work without scaling headcount while maintaining the controls required in insurance operations.” – COO Judah Korman.
Bottom Line: The AI launch sounds ambitious, but the stock remains speculative and volatile.
