Cheche Group launches AI-powered intelligent underwriting solution

Chinese auto insurance technology platform Cheche Group has launched ABAO Agent, an AI-powered underwriting and renewal agent designed to automate customer outreach, needs identification, policy follow-up, and policy conversion.

The company said ABAO Agent is already being deployed at scale in auto insurance renewal scenarios, allowing insurers to automate workflows.
