GetCovered acquires Revyse

GetCovered , a risk and compliance platform for multifamily housing operators, announced the acquisition of Revyse , a full-service vendor compliance and contract management company.

The Revyse platform provides a single system to manage bids, contracts, credentials, and spend. The company, which was founded in 2023, publicly disclosed $2 million in funding.

The acquisition will complement GetCovered’s existing vendor risk and compliance capabilities with enhanced tools for contract management, spend intelligence, and AI-powered vendor compliance automation.

Founded in 2020, GetCovered automates certificate of insurance tracking, policy administration, and embedded insurance workflows.
