Foyer integrates Tractable’s AI into car claims process
Foyer has partnered with Tractable to introduce AI-powered image analysis into its motor claims process for minor incidents.
The Luxembourg-based insurer will use Tractable’s technology to automatically assess vehicle damage from photos submitted by policyholders, enabling faster claims handling and more efficient case management. According to Foyer, the initiative is designed to improve the customer experience, reduce the need for garage visits for simple claims, and streamline administrative processes across the repair ecosystem.
