USI Affinity expands CNA legal partnership

USI Affinity has been named CNA’s exclusive provider of lawyers’ professional liability insurance for attorneys and law firms in Georgia and North Carolina, expanding a partnership between the two organizations that dates back to 2009.

The expanded arrangement will provide legal professionals in both states with access to malpractice coverage and risk management services designed for law firms of varying sizes. Available benefits include policy credits, expense reimbursement, and deductible waivers.

USI Affinity and CNA already offer lawyers’ professional liability coverage in several markets, including New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
