AgencyBloc launches AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app

AgencyBloc has launched AMS+ Talk & Text, a mobile app that extends communication capabilities within its AMS+ platform for health and benefits insurance agencies.

The app enables users to manage business calls, texts, and voicemails from mobile devices while automatically linking communication activity to client records in AMS+. AgencyBloc said the release builds on recent enhancements to AMS+ communications, including improved call visibility, voicemail management, call routing, and more accurate communication records.
