CAC expands contingent risk practice into Europe with London launch

CAC Group , part of The Baldwin Group, has expanded its Contingent Risk practice into Europe with the launch of a London office led by Nick Moore.

The firm said the move strengthens its ability to provide litigation-related insurance solutions across jurisdictions, including after-the-event insurance, adverse judgment insurance, and capital protection products.

Moore brings more than 15 years of experience spanning litigation, arbitration, litigation finance, and contingent risk management. Most recently, he led litigation and contingent risk initiatives across the UK and EMEA at a global insurance broker. CAC said its Contingent Risk team has placed more than $6.5 billion in insurance limits to date.
