Contractor Connection expands commercial repair program with Helixco

Contractor Connection, a managed repair network operated by Crawford & Company , announced that its collaboration with Helixco is now fully operational and has been rolled out across its national Commercial Managed Repair Program.

The integration provides real-time visibility into labor and material costs for commercial repair and restoration projects, helping carriers, contractors, and program managers improve oversight and decision-making throughout the claims process.

According to the companies, the solution delivers structured time-and-materials data, standardized workflows, and auditable documentation designed to improve transparency, consistency, and execution across large-loss and complex commercial claims.

Contractor Connection said the integration strengthens its existing managed repair framework by providing greater confidence in project documentation, improving stakeholder alignment, and supporting more predictable outcomes. The company also noted that the program is designed to scale across geographies and loss types while maintaining centralized oversight.
