Origin Specialty expands SitePrep program with pollution coverage

Origin Specialty Underwriters  expanded its SitePrep GL Program with higher liability limits and optional Contractors Pollution Liability coverage for site-preparation and horizontal construction contractors.

The updated program now offers limits of up to $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate, along with environmental coverage for risks tied to excavation, grading, hauling, stormwater runoff, contaminated soil movement, and fuel or hydraulic fluid spills.

The program targets contractors involved in excavation, demolition, paving, drainage, drilling, utility construction, septic installation, landscaping, and related work.

Coverage is backed by an A-X rated non-admitted carrier.
