Aon New Zealand consolidates office footprint

Aon New Zealand  announced plans to consolidate several smaller offices into larger regional locations throughout 2026 as part of a broader restructuring of its national footprint.

Once completed, the broker will operate 30 offices across New Zealand, spanning both the North and South Islands. According to the company, the move is intended to align with changing client preferences and support closer collaboration among employees in larger workplaces.

The changes will maintain its regional presence while continuing to provide locally focused insurance, risk, and people advisory services nationwide.

The company operates across commercial risk, insurance, and human capital solutions in New Zealand and supports organizations including Surf Life Saving New Zealand, Spirit of Adventure Trust, and Sustainable Coastlines.
