ICEYE secures €300 million credit facility
ICEYE secured a €300 million revolving credit facility to support customer contract guarantees, fund growth, and strengthen liquidity as the satellite imaging company expands globally.
The Finland-based company, which provides synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite data and monitoring services for sectors including insurance, government, and disaster response, said the three-year facility was arranged by a seven-bank syndicate. Citi and Danske Bank acted as joint global coordinators and mandated lead arrangers.
ICEYE said it doubled in size in 2025 and expects similar growth in 2026. The company operates what it describes as the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation, offering persistent Earth monitoring capabilities that can capture imagery in all weather conditions, day or night.
In insurance, ICEYE markets catastrophe monitoring and analytics tools focused on hurricanes, floods, and wildfires.
