SUPERAGENT AI launches 2.0 platform for independent agencies
Superagent AI has released SUPERAGENT 2.0, a platform update for independent insurance agencies. Core features include unified AI agents, managed telephony, automated email deliverability, real-time quoting, and enterprise-grade security.
The platform supports ACORD 80 and 90 form generation from calls, integrates with systems such as EZLynx, and includes built-in compliance features for TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and do-not-call requirements. It also adds phone provisioning with carrier verification and tools for email domain setup and campaign management.
“SUPERAGENT 2.0’s AI agents allow us to increase our inbound and outbound communications without adding hours to my team’s day, giving them the ability to focus on tasks that directly drive our agency’s growth.” – Andrew McGinnis, owner of McGinnis Insurance Services.
“With SUPERAGENT 2.0, we are shifting from providing a standalone AI tool to delivering a complete, autonomous workforce platform. Agencies no longer need to bolt AI onto legacy systems. They can now provision compliant phone numbers, warm email domains, and deploy autonomous quoting capabilities within a single, unified environment.” – Vlada Lotkina, CEO of SUPERAGENT AI.
“SUPERAGENT 2.0 allows me to focus my communication efforts with clients and prospects on money-generating activities. The AI agents allow us to increase our inbound and outbound communications without adding hours to my team’s day, giving them the ability to focus on tasks that directly drive our agency’s growth.” – Andrew McGinnis, owner of McGinnis Insurance Services.
The release also includes pre-built workflows for lead generation, renewals, and cross-sell campaigns, along with integrations for calendar scheduling. SUPERAGENT 2.0 is now available to existing and new customers.
