Transamerica partners with Swiss Re to upgrade life claims

Transamerica is working with Swiss Re to modernize its life insurance claims process using the reinsurer’s PromiseXP platform.

The initiative focuses on simplifying claims submission, improving communication, and reducing manual work, with an initial rollout expected by the end of 2026. The goal is to give claims professionals better tools while making the process clearer and easier for beneficiaries during difficult moments.
