ING launches as MGA with Qover as technology partner

Financial services company ING Group has launched as a managing general agent (MGA), bringing insurance operations in-house with technology from Qover .

The move allows ING to directly accept applications, handle claims, and collect premiums for its insurance customers, instead of relying on insurers for servicing. Qover provides the orchestration layer, connecting multiple insurers and products through a single platform.
