Westland Benefits acquires Synchronized Employee Benefits

Westland Insurance  has expanded its benefits business with the acquisition of Synchronized Employee Benefits Corporation, effective April 16, 2026.

The Chilliwack-based firm provides employee benefits advisory services to small and mid-sized businesses, with a focus on tailored plans and local client relationships.

The deal adds advisory capacity and regional depth in British Columbia as Westland continues to scale its benefits platform nationally through acquisitions and organic growth.
